Why Your Family Is Richer With a Garden

Great tasting produce is only the beginning of what your family gets from a garden. Whether your garden is a patio planter or a chunk of earth in the back yard – you can reap many rewards from having one.

Richie recently took the camera into our garden to talk about the real value we find in having a garden. He also takes you on a little tour of the old farmstead garden area that we are rehabilitating. Join Richie and the boys in the garden this weekend and be inspired to harvest more than veggies from your patch of earth this season.

I love seeing the boys out enjoying work. Especially LEVI enjoying work! Good job, Richie.

Every day there’s something new in the garden – good exercise and good fun!

Fun to see your growing garden and boys 🙂
I really enjoy gardening for the growth and new life and hope of good things to come… Not to mention how much flavor and satisfaction comes from home-grown produce. Looking forward to tilling my new garden area and planting seeds when we get home from being gone for 5 days away!
